POSTCARDS FROM TIRANA 1992

These cards were found in Tirana during the election in 1992. They satirise the Socialist candidate, Ramiz Alia, who is seen as a puppet of Enver Hoxha's widow. In the end, Sali Barisha, the leader of the Democratic Party, became President of Albania, ending nearly half a century of communist rule.
